You can choose your desired course from the course listed on the TSP course introduction page and send your application to us.

When you like to take a Public Course:

Please send the next information to the email address shown below at least 4 weeks prior to the course date:

- Course Name/Course Schedule
- Contact information of student (affiliation/ name/〒address/e-mail/ tel#)
- Billing information (affiliation2/name2/〒address2/e-mail2/tel#2)
- Address information (organization name, department name, address) to be shown in the invoice

You will receive the following responses from us:

1. We we send you the confirmation e-mail1 according to your application.
2. We will send you the invoice as an attachment to you.
3. The tuition fee must be transferred to the account shown in the invoice at least two weeks prior to the course date.
4. After confirming your payment, we will send you the receipt.
5. Cancellation fees will be refunded as follows:
- Full refunds will be made up to the second week before.
- A 50% refund will be made until before the first week.
- Otherwise, there is no refund.

When you would like to take courses at your site:

1. Please send the following information to us with showing "Request for on-site course service" in your e-mail title:

- Course Name/Course Start Date
- Student information (department/email/tel# for each student)
- Contact information of the site coordinator (affiliation/ name/ 〒address /email/tel#)

2. Through web conferences, we interview you, administrators and students, to obtain your requests and possible schedules to be planned.
3. We send you the proposal which includes the course names, goals, schedule, and price) according to the interview.
4. We will adjust the proposal contents confirm it with you when necessary.
5. An invoice is sent to the site coordinator.
